Difference

Latin (Romanya) includes all letters from Latin + Ĭ ĭ and W w

И	и	İ	i	İ	i	for the distinguished [i] phoneme
				Ĭ	ĭ	for the distinguished [ı] phoneme
В	в	V	v	V	v	for the distinguished [v] phoneme
				W	w	for the distinguished [w] phoneme

V v => W w

The letter V v turns to W w, but in loanwords it stays V v.

İ i => Ĭ ĭ

Most of the cases İ i turns to Ĭ ĭ, but when it is the first letter of the word, when it has a hard vowel front or behind it or it is behind the letter Y y (iy) and in loan words the letter İ i stays.

Qartiy => Qartiy

İnsan => İnsan
