I've figured out what caused the previous problem: there was a bit of the short URL config mistakenly enabled. I've set up the config which will only change the wiki language from "crh-latn" to "crh", which should enable the transliteration. I will try to have it go out in the SWAT deploy on Feb 7 at 14:00–15:00 UTC (about 22 hours from now).
