«Флаг Мамаканского муниципального образования представляет собой прямоугольное полотнище с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, разделённое посередине на зелёную и белую части положенной по диагонали (с отступом справа и слева по 1/5 длины полотнища) красной громовой стрелой, окаймлённой со стороны древка жёлтой полосой, из-за которой по направлению к древку возникает жёлтое солнце (без лица), с прямыми короткими сужающимися к диску солнца лучами, а белая часть полотнища при этом содержит изображение трёх горизонтальных голубых выщербленных полос шириной в 1/8 ширины полотнища каждая».
