This file requires updating because: There are 4 new provinces in the Indonesian side of New Guinea (note the bottom-right side of the image), which are Southwest Papua from West Papua, and Central, South and Highland Papua from Papua, and their borders are still not yet included on the map. In doing so, you could add a timestamp to the file.
